Byer Gallo Associates LLC was created in 1997 to assist private and not-for-project developers, public housing agencies and municipalities in the planning, development and preservation of quality affordable housing and economic development initiatives.  BGA is an independent consulting firm, focused on providing a broad range of services to manage and support all aspects of our client's development efforts.

As the firms Founder and Principal, Beverly Gallo brings 30 years of professional experience in the fields of design, construction and real estate development.  Her unique combination of business and community-based development skills has served to bring together challenging mixed-use/mixed-income development projects in communities large and small.

Prior to launching Byer Gallo Associates, she worked as the Development Director for the South Boston Neighborhood Development Corporation and as Senior Project Manager for Robinson Mills + Williams Architects in the San Fransisco Bay area.  She also served as a Project Manager for the Flatley Company in Braintree, MA.  She holds a Masters Degree in City Planning and a Master of Science in Real Estate Development from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
